The most recent information releases and research are revealed in a 2008 book entitled JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died and Why It Matters.

It can be clearly shown that Oswald was a dupe in a deadly game and that forces within the military/intelligence apparatus were involved with him from start to finish, then the crime is solved, not by fingering an individual who may have given the order for the murder or pulled the trigger, but by showing that the coordination of the assassination had to involve U.S. intelligence agencies, most notably the CIA. Douglass does both, providing highly detailed and intricately linked evidence based on his own research and a vast array of the best scholarship.

We are then faced with the contemporary relevance, and since we know that every president since JFK has refused to confront the growth of the national security state and its call for violence, one can logically assume a message was sent and heeded. 9/28/1964 - While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam 'defending freedom,' the Warren Commission (Omission), appointed by Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Lyndon Johnson, and chaired by Earl Warren, leftist chief justice of the United States, to investigate the assassination of Democratic President Kennedy, concludes: there was no conspiracy; Lee Harvey Oswald had acted alone; he had fired only three bullets; the first 'the magic bullet' fired from above, hit Kennedy at the base of neck; moved upward; exited his trachea, leaving a five millimeter hole (from a 6.55 mm diameter slug); resumed traveling downward, hitting Democratic governor John Connally, of the republic of Texas, in the back; exited Connally's chest; traveled downward, shattered his right wrist; and lodged into his right thigh 'but was found in nearly pristine condition on a stretcher at Parkland Hospital. In all, Oswald fired three shots with a bolt-action rifle in 3.86 seconds' a feat that could not be matched with such accuracy by Federal marksmen.

 NOTE: In view of the Warren Omission's reluctance to deal candidly with the facts of the Kennedy assassination, there are a myriad of authors that have advanced the complicated conspiracy theories implicating just about every organization, except the Boy Scouts of America and the Marilyn Monroe Fan Club. While these theories may be intriguing, the truth may never be known. In keeping with Ockham's Razor (the simplest explanation that fits the facts is probably the correct one), the editors are partial to a book by Bonair Menninger, which claims that Oswald acted alone, but did not fire the shot that killed Kennedy. Rather it was a Secret Service agent, in the car immediately behind Kennedy's, hearing Oswald firing at the president, pulled out his, newly issued and unfamiliar, Colt AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, and while trying to spin around to return fire at an unknown source, prematurely fired a smaller .223 caliber (0.2559 inches) shot that accidentally hit Kennedy in the back of the head. Menninger claims that the Warren Omission was convened to cover-up a tragic, but honest mistake. This theory involves no conspiracy, and fits the facts better than the Warren report, and does not involve every jealous husband in the nation. "On June 4, 1963, John F. Kennedy signed a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, a mere four months before his assassination on November 22, 1963. This decree returned to the U.S. Federal government the Constitutional right to create and "to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury." As a result, US$4,292,893,815 of new "Kennedy Bills" were created through the U.S. Treasury instead of the Federal Reserve System. In 1964, Kennedy's successor, Lyndon B. Johnson, stated that, "Silver has become too valuable to be used as money." The Kennedy bills were removed from circulation.

Below are examples of the $2 and $5 dollar denominated "Kennedy Bills" (also known as "Red Seal Bills"). Note the 1963 date and words "United States Note" at the top instead of the familiar "Federal Reserve Note" wording.

The importance of these bills is not to be underestimated. The regular Federal Reserve Notes are created through the Fed who exchanges them for an interest-paying government bond. These "United States Notes" were directly created through the U.S. Treasury, and backed by the silver held there. There was no interest to be paid on these bills by the government (or more correctly by the tax-payer) to the Federal Reserve.
