Combine the U.S. and NAZI salutes
NAZI and U.S.A. salutes

into one with the right had outstretched and the left had at the left brow.
Give the salute to your favorite government employees as they enter or exit their offices to discourage them from working for government:

At parades:

Spectators saluting riot police
Rather than confront approaching riot police in formation, make their job easy by lining up against the walls one person deep with both hands raised in salute, so the police can see you are unarmed and no threat to them.  As they approach, dispurse to reappear elsewhere, or assemble 20 yards/meters front of them, and march in step with them in a similar formation, but leading the parade with your arm raised.
